Purpose and Goal

Many of us create groups to help students learn course content and skills. However, groups are made up of people with different interests and skill sets, and sometimes interactions can be challenging. It is important to understand different types of group members to set groups up for success.

When we assign groups, we hope that they will function well and complete the tasks smoothly. This quiz can help you better understand yourself as a group member, provide you with insight into what kinds of personas individuals can assume in group situations, and perhaps help you plan for good group experiences.
