The Instructor Motivation Quiz is a quiz that helps you identify your motivation for teaching by asking you a series of questions in which you consider the type of incentive related to your teaching roles and responsibilities that you respond to most.Purpose and Goal
As instructors, we often think about student motivation and how to promote and encourage it, but we don’t think about our motivation as frequently. Considering what incentivizes us as instructors can provide us a glimpse into why we make the choices we do as instructors. Thinking through what motivates us can help us better understand motivation in general. It can also help us understand more clearly that individuals are motivated by different things. By increasing awareness of what motivates us, we may be able to use these insights to promote motivation in students.Activity Link
